A Terrace (in Association with KNS Architects)

When landscaping, paving and outdoor lighting are harmoniously combined, you can create an inviting, design-forward and calming aesthetic. The key thing here was lighting,first and foremost followed by planting. We treated the outdoor space with intimate seating arrangements, bright colours and materials, and varied lighting.We tried to incorporate greenery as much as possible. Furniture pieces that were complementary to the interiors were added —with similar curves and materials. Plants were up lighted which magnified their forms and textures.
