This commercial office design project for a real estate firm represents the fortunate opportunity to work with a growing company.
The design revolves around opening up the existing floor plan to allow more flexible layout capable of hosting informal business gathering.
The conference room flows through the reception and waiting area and is disconnected from the open office workstations.
The workspace is designed with bold shades of blue, vibrant upholstery and reflective surfaces.
Feature elements like the random clad copper mirror in the reception area, brass inlay on the console, leather paneling on the executive table, and wall paper with silk threads provides a unique sense of space while reinforcing the company’s brand identity.
The use of fun elements like black ropes and artificial turf gives this space a touch of casualness.
A prominent glass door embellished with wooden battens and distinct blue panel marks the office entrance.
